Title deeds & Due diligence report

This property is already mortgaged in South Indian Bank and documents will be released on balance payment of loan. However, all necessary updates on revenue department and Panchayat are being done and latest EC, TP, Adangal extract, Possession etc. will be available in 2 weeks time. If the Purchaser prefers to have a loan, the paper works can be initiated prior to registration.

Sale offers in full or part:

(1) First preference is to sell the entire 2.25 Acres of land with the villa for 1.45 Crore (145 Lakhs). Though the prevailing market rate in this location is 60,000/- to 80,000/- per cent, we made the computation at 55,000 for land and 20 Lakhs for the house.

(2) If we are not getting a buyer for the entire property together, we wish to sell the house portion with half acre for 50 Lakhs, calculated at 60,000/- per cent for the land and 20 Lakhs for the house. The remaining 1.75 acres will be offered in full or part at 60,000/- per cent, with a minimum plot size of 40 cents.
